The Colorado Dental Board recently published draft rules related to the 2014 Sunset Review Bill (HB14-1227) for formal input from the dental community. Click here to view a copy of the proposed rules. A stakeholder meeting will be held to discuss these proposed draft rules on Monday, Dec. 1, 2014 from 1:00-5:00 p.m. in Conference Room 110D at 1560 Broadway, Denver, CO 80202.
In addition, you are invited to share written comments and feedback on the rule draft. You may e-mail written comments to maulid.miskell@state.co.us by Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014. You are encouraged to share a copy of any comments submitted to the Colorado Dental Board with the CDA. Copies of comments may be submitted to Jennifer Goodrum at jennifer@cdaonline.org or 303-996-2847.
There will also be an opportunity to provide testimony and/or written comments on the proposed rules during the formal rulemaking hearing scheduled to occur on Thursday, Jan. 22, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. in Conference Room 1250C at 1560 Broadway, Denver, CO 80202.
