ADA, CDA and component society membership can be renewed all in one place. Annual dues should be paid by Dec. 31, 2018 or through the CDA’s monthly installment payment plan. If dues have not been paid as noted above, membership benefits will discontinue on March 31, 2019. For your convenience, new payment options are available.

The CDA represents over 70% of Colorado’s licensed dentists with a membership of over 3,300 dental professionals. By joining the CDA, you receive a tripartite membership in the American Dental Association, CDA, and your local component society.
Before renewing, please review the payment plans below. By renewing your membership, you pledge to adhere to the ADA Principles of Ethics and Code of Conduct.
Check (payable to the CDA) for the full dues amount. Mail with dues statement to 8301 E. Prentice Ave., Ste. 400, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) or debit card (which will process as a credit card payment).
ACH (Automated Clearing House) Payment where an electronic check moves funds from your bank account directly to the CDA bank account. ACH payments can only be done online.
Members have a new way to pay dues that provides a safe and convenient way to maintain membership and benefits. The Auto-Renewal Plan allows your dues to be automatically renewed and paid with your credit card or an ACH payment each year. See the full terms and conditions.
Auto-renewal plans are available in 10-month installments starting in December or paid as one lump sum. The auto-renewal program allows the option of a once-per-year payment or a 10-month payment plan that will process continuously from year to year until a member asks the auto-renewal payment to stop. The 10-month installment payment plan runs December through September. If paying fewer than 10 installments, the first installment will reflect a sum of December through the current month, with all subsequent payments being divided into equal amounts. There are no additional fees for any payment methods.
The CDA will process payments for auto-renewal and installments as follows:
Credit card or ACH payments will be processed on the 15th of each month (the first payment is Dec. 15, 2018 and the last payment is Sept. 15, 2019). Auto-renewal one-time payments will be processed on Dec. 15.
No refunds will be provided for cancelled memberships. By enrolling in a membership, the “membership year” spans a calendar year from January through December and not a 12-month period from the date of enrollment. If plan payments are cancelled before dues are paid in full for the current year, membership will be cancelled and all benefits will cease.
10-Month Payment Plan
The Installment Plan allows you to make 10-monthly payments with your credit card or an ACH payment (checks are not accepted). The 10-month Installment Plan runs December through September. If paying fewer than 10 installments, your first installment will reflect a sum of December through the current month, with all subsequent payments being divided into equal amounts.
4-Month Payment Plan
Four month payment plans are also available at any point in the year and bill on the 15th of the designated months.
