The CDA and MDDS host Dental Line 9 a few times each year in conjunction with 9 News. This is a call-in program for 9 News viewers to get answers to their dental questions. Thank you to Dr. Eric Van Zytveld, Dr. Carrie Seabury, Dr. Sarah Broten, Dr. Heather Stamm, Dr. Falona Glenn, Dr. Gerald Glenn, Dr. Terry Brewick, Dr. Jeff Lodl, Dr. Dawn Wehking and Dr. Brett Levin for participating at the May 8 program. Thank you also to Dr. Sean Whalen for sharing information during a live interview at the station about the oral transmission of bacteria from parent to child.
9 News hosts several call-in programs for various topics and professions throughout the year, but Dental Line 9 is consistently the most popular based on call volume. This is a great service to the community and a wonderful opportunity to provide oral health education at 9 News.
