Available to dental-practice employers with employees, 1099 contractors and sole proprietors.
The CDA is offering this exclusive member benefit in partnership with the Association of United Members. As a member of CDA, you will have the opportunity to participate in this program by becoming a Core Financial Member of the Amalgamated Local Union 426, which provides access to healthcare-related benefits that include; medical, prescription and supplemental products.
Members can enroll THE FIRST DAY OF ANY MONTH with open enrollment.
Enrollment needs to be completed no later than 30 days in advance.
Note: To participate in the member benefit program, you must become a Core Financial member of Amalgamated Local Union 426. You will not be contacted via phone or text for this benefit.
