May 1, 2009 Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations require any business that may provide credit to customers to develop written plans to prevent and detect identity theft. The FTC has deemed dentists and physicians as creditors who are subject to the rule when they don’t receive payment in full from their patients at the time of treatment.
CDA Hires New Executive Director
March 17, 2009 After nearly nine years, the CDA’s Executive Director Gary Cummins will be leaving the CDA to pursue other opportunities. As a result, the CDA formed a search committee to recruit and select a new leader for your 3,000+ dentist association. We are happy to welcome Jim Young, who joins the CDA team on March 30, 2009.
