The CDA worked during the 2013 legislative session to improve Medicaid for participating dentists. As of July 1, 2013, Medicaid reimbursement rates for dentists who accept Medicaid increased by 4.5%. This rate increase was a substantial victory for dentists who have seen disproportionate cuts in their Medicaid provider rates through the years.
