The CDA’s Workplace Wellness BINGO wraps up at the end of March and if you haven’t started there is still time! Email a picture of your team holding their completed BINGO cards to elisa@cdaonline.org by March 31 to be entered into a drawing for a free team lunch from the CDA.

In addition, we hope you have used your walking shoes for a few weeks of the CDA’s Walking 4 Wellness Challenge. If not, you can still participate – there are still three weeks left! The goal is to walk 150 minutes per week while focusing on a specific topic. At the end of each week, you reflect on that topic and record your thoughts. In week 1, we focused on the body. In week 2, we focused on the mind. In week 3, we focused on careers and finance.

This week, our focus is on heart and spirit. According to research, individuals who walk for a cause and in community with others significantly increase their motivation and quality of their emotional, relational and spiritual health.

Whatever your reasons may be for walking, take a minute to write them on your Weekly Walking Log and Making Connections worksheets. Don’t forget to submit a photo of your Walking Log to elisa@cdaonline.org each week. Weekly entries will be entered into weekly prize drawings.
