The CDA is proud to introduce its newest member benefit: InfoProABC. InfoProABC is a Web-based business and clinical resource, designed by dentists for dentists. Do you have employment law, third party payor, regulatory or practice management questions? You can research the answers yourself or, as a member, you can take advantage of the CDA’s newest member benefit, InfoProABC. In addition, the clinical case presentation section is an everyday tool for your interaction with patients.

InfoProABC has two main sections:
A business resource library filled with easy to understand 90-second videos and articles that address questions like:
• How long do I have to retain patient records?
• Should I submit claims using my full fees or PPO contracted rates?
• Can a dentist offer gifts to those who refer new patients to the practice?
• How do I combat negative online comments about my practice?
• And many more!
A clinical presentation video library contains 350 animated procedure and diagnosis videos, over 460 informed choice presentations and downloadable forms, hundreds of illustrated peer reviewed articles, relaxation videos and post-operative instructions. These tools can be viewed chairside or e-mailed to patients to enhance patient education and procedure understanding. An informed consent tool is also included, giving you a documentation resource that records the education patients receive.
