June 21, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Struggling in attracting, developing, or retaining great people in this new and tricky market? Paying people more won’t be enough to capture and keep the right people. Until we take the time to learn what motivates and discourages people, we are at a disadvantage. Being aware of one’s behavioral style and the way in which we interact with others can lead to more productive relationships and reduce tension. CDA & MDDS member dentists can register one additional team member at no additional cost.
