October 4, Safely dispose of old computers and electronics, and support the CDA Foundation! This is your opportunity to properly recycle all of those machines gathering dust and taking up storage space. In addition, you can get a certificate of destruction for peace of mind. Proceeds from this event benefit the CDA Foundation and discount pricing is available for CDA members.
This event is also open to the community. Equipment cannot be dropped off prior to the event.
If you need a certificate of destruction, please arrive before 11 a.m.

What items can I bring to the event?
- Computers, Laptops, Tablets, E-readers
- Cell phones

Do I need to remove personal data from my devices?
- YES, it is highly recommended to remove all personal data (and patient data) before recycling. You should also factory reset all cell phones and tablets.
What items are NOT accepted?
- Household appliances (microwaves, refrigerators, freezers, washers/dryers)
- Smoke detectors
- Batteries and battery packs
- Light bulbs
- Furniture or non-electronic items
Is there a limit to how many items I can bring?
- No limit to items, fees are per item
Who can attend?
- CDA members and the community
Do I need to have an appointment?
- No appointments are needed for this event and drop-ins are welcome. We do appreciate your registration in advance so we can best prepare for the number of trucks and personnel needed.
Will someone help me unload my car?
- Yes! We will have volunteers available onsite to help unload electronics.
What type of payment is accepted?
- Cash and credit card payments are accepted onsite. Donations also appreciated.
