Red Flags Rule Enforcement Delayed Again

June 10, 2010 Last week, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced that it will further delay enforcement of its Red Flags Rule, which would have gone into effect on June 1, 2010.  With the new extension, enforcement is postponed until Jan. 1, 2011.
