Longmont Dental Loft is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our growing practice as a fourth doctor. This is an advanced clinical role for a dentist who enjoys complex cases that many general dentists refer out, including surgery, implants, endodontics, sedation, full-mouth rehabilitation, and complex restorative dentistry.
Our independently owned Longmont practice, led by owner Dr. Adrienne Hedrick, has three dentists, four hygienists with a fifth joining soon, strong patient volume, CBCT, and three CEREC mills.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years practicing dentistry
· Active Colorado dental license
· Sedation certification
· Experience with implant placement and full mouth rehab
We are looking for a confident clinician who enjoys managing complex cases from diagnosis through completion, thrives on surgical and restorative challenges, and wants to continue expanding their clinical skill set. The ideal candidate is also an excellent communicator who can build trust with patients, clearly explain treatment recommendations, and is passionate about helping patients understand and move forward with great dentistry. They should get excited about cases others might refer out and prefer to keep complex treatment in-house.
Compensation: 30% of collections. First-year potential of $225,000-$300,000.
