Longmont Dental Loft is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our growing practice as a fourth doctor. This is an advanced clinical role for a dentist who enjoys complex cases that many general dentists refer out, including surgery, implants, endodontics, sedation, full-mouth rehabilitation, and complex restorative dentistry.
Our independent, female-owned Longmont practice has three dentists, four hygienists with a fifth joining soon, strong patient volume, CBCT, and two CEREC mills.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years practicing dentistry
· Active Colorado dental license
· Sedation certification
· Experience with molar root canals, wisdom tooth removal, implant placement, and lateral sinus lifts
We are looking for a confident clinician who enjoys managing complex cases from diagnosis through completion, loves surgical and restorative challenges, and wants to continue expanding their surgical skill set. The ideal candidate gets excited about cases others might refer out and prefers to treat complex dentistry in-house.
Compensation: 30% of collections. First-year potential of $225,000-$300,000.
