The American Dental Association announced a new collaboration with Wonderbox Technologies to create a credentialing service that allows dentists to enter their credentials into a securely designed web portal on the ADA website and then have those credentials be available to all payers.
Credentialing Service Features and Benefits
- Eases administrative burdens by keeping information all in one place
- Enables dentists to input information only once for it to be available to payers, making the enrollment process faster and easier
- Pre-populates information from the ADA member database
- Allows dentists to easily upload and store supporting documents
- Uses ADA user ID login for ease in signing in
- Keeps information safe and highly secure in the ADA private portal
- Offers built-in reminders that update dentists when licenses or certifications are set to expire
The service will be rolled out nationally later this summer, but first, a pilot program will run in Kansas, Nevada and New Jersey from June 20 to July 15. This new benefit is free for all ADA member dentists.
To prepare, the CDA is asking member dentists to log in to the ADA website to make sure their information is correct before this service launches.
