CyraCom was recently acquired by Propio Language Services. CDA members still have access to the same language services previously offered through CyraCom but will now have even more resources available through Propio’s larger interpreter network. Propio provides interpretation services that help dental practices communicate with patients who speak languages other than English, including American Sign Language. CDA members can connect with interpreters during patient visits, treatment discussions, and follow-up care while supporting compliance with CMS language access requirements. Propio provides on-demand interpretation services with connection times within seconds. Dental practices can continue connecting with interpreters and translators who are trained in dental terminology, using phones, tablets, or computers already in the office.
