Back by popular demand, the CDA is offering its “Easy Pay” method of paying your membership dues. This program breaks your dues balance into four easy payments that can be charged to a credit card or withdrawn from your checking/savings account. This plan helps you manage your cash flow more efficiently and reduces your year-end expenses. The CDA does not charge a service fee for this benefit.

If you have participated in the past, we ask that you fill out the registration form again this year. Many of our dentists change bank accounts or credit cards over the course of the year, and we need to make sure we’re using the most current and accurate information.
