Speaker: Ricki Braswell, CAE, has spent nearly 20 years serving as an executive for nonprofit dental organizations. Most recently, she was the CEO of The Pankey Institute for approximately eight years. During her time in dentistry, Ricki has had the unique opportunity to learn the laboratory and clinical aspects of the profession. She has successfully turned around organizations that struggled with sustainability in changing markets. In addition, she has turned lagging organizations into thriving organizations and developed teams who demonstrated a commitment and culture which bolstered the organizations. Formerly a CEO and now a coach, she helps others make the most of their strengths to succeed. Ricki partners with dentists and dental executives to identify what’s really important and to hone the behaviors and thinking that support achieving their goals for themselves and their practices
