SOLD OUT! We are not taking any more exhibitors for this year's Annual Session.

A one-day meeting with face-to-face networking opportunities, centered around the decision-makers of dental practices – the dentists themselves! But here's the twist – forget the conventional exhibit hall setup. Instead, dive into an inventive networking lunch reception, where you'll have the chance to mingle, connect and set up future opportunities with our dentists from all over the state.

• From noon to 1:30 p.m., exhibit tables will be intertwined with a progressive lunch buffet. Attendees will move through lunch courses while catching up with each other and visiting the dental vendors (YOU!) in a fun and interactive environment.
• Cost: $600
• Includes a skirted table space, registration and lunch for two attendees, and access to CDA dentists across Colorado in a relaxed environment.
• Please bring materials to display on your exhibit table but we encourage you to walk around during this networking time and eat lunch with dentists.

Represent your component as a delegate to the CDA House of Delegates.

If you’d like to be a delegate, contact your component president or Susan at the CDA (303-996-2845 or susan@cdaonline.org). Prior experience is not necessary, and we encourage anyone interested to participate. The role of a delegate allows you to learn about and take action on issues affecting your profession. It’s also a great opportunity for new dentists to get involved and network with other dentists statewide.

Delegates and alternate delegates must be active or retired CDA members in good standing.

2025 House of Delegates meeting materials will be available in late March. Please see below if you or your component would like to submit a resolution to this year's meeting.

The CDA House of Delegates elects CDA officers and ADA Delegates/Alternate Delegates during its meeting.

CDA Officer: Candidates must be an active or a retired members in good standing with the CDA for at least five years. Other bylaws requirements may apply depending on role. In 2025, there will be one open position:

• CDA Vice President (3-year term ascending through the president-elect and president roles. In odd numbered years, the vice president comes from a non-MDDS component society.)

Delegate to the American Dental Association (three, three-year terms available, 2026-2028): Candidates must be an active or a retired member in good standing with the CDA and must have served as an ADA alternate delegate for at least one year and a CDA delegate for at least three years.

Alternate Delegate to the American Dental Association (11 one-year terms available in 2026, six funded positions and five unfunded positions): Candidates must be an active or a retired member in good standing with the CDA and must have served as a CDA delegate for at least two years or have served as an ADA delegate or alternate delegate in the past. Nominations of new dentists (those less than 10 years in practice) are encouraged.

The House of Delegates also will vote on resolutions brought forth by CDA members.

New resolutions MUST be submitted BEFORE the House of Delegates meeting so they can be properly assessed by the CDA and studied by the voting delegation.

The deadline to submit resolutions is Monday, March 10.
