The session will also address important considerations surrounding dental treatment timing in patients receiving epidural steroid injections, with a focus on safety and risk management.
Finally, we’ll examine the impact of dental practice on dental provider health, including common work-related musculoskeletal disorders and strategies for prevention.

Mimi Lundgren, DO, PhD
Orthopedic Spine Surgeon
Dr. Lundgren is a fellowship-trained spine surgeon. She has extensive surgical experience with microsurgical techniques, outpatient procedures, robotic-assisted surgery, spinal fusions, total disk replacement, fracture care, spinal tumors, deformity correction, and motion preservation procedures. She also has a particular interest and training in minimally invasive surgery of the spine. She believes in working with the patients and other health care providers to identify the origin of their problem and, together, find a solution that will help patients improve their quality of life.
