Our private dental office in Englewood, Colorado is searching for a charismatic and quality-oriented associate doctor to join our team. The is a solid opportunity for a younger clinician looking for direct mentorship as you build your clinical suite. It would also be perfect either for a mom managing both family and career or a senior clinician looking for a well-run practice to finish out their later stage.
A little history, City Center Dental Group is an 80-yr old private office newly rebuilt in 2024 in a bright and open 6-op space. Our doctors perform most procedures in house including the use of CEREC to manage many restorative solutions. We have an iTero, CBCT, rotary endo system, and the office is highly systemized.
The ideal candidate for the position is 1+ years out of dental school or residency with a developed clinical suite and desire to establish as a lead clinical position with an office. One-on-one mentorship will be part of onboarding in all aspects of dentistry including CEREC training.
You will work directly with the owner 2-3 days per week depending on your availability from 7:30-4:30p. There will be an opportunity to add days as we grow your book of business in the first 6-12 months.
As this is not a full time position just yet, we are willing to work with someone who needs to temp or work a second gig to make ends meet while we grow your book of business. Long-term, ownership in this practice will be available for the right candidate.
