Apply to Serve on the Senior Dental Advisory Committee

Kelsey CreehanFeatured News

The Senior Dental Advisory Committee (DAC) serves as a forum where the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing and the stakeholder community discuss the program and makes rule recommendations to the Medical Services Board (MSB). The DAC meets to receive updates, and review and comment on ongoing DAC plans and activities. Members are appointed to three-year terms by the department’s executive director.

The department is seeking a candidate to fill the seat of a member representing an organization of safety-net health providers that are not community health centers. If you are interested, send the following materials:

  • A brief description of your relevant experience;
  • Your role with your current organization and your relationship with low-income seniors; and
  • Why you would like to serve on the committee.

Email the information requested above and any supplemental information to Chandra.vital@state.co.us with the subject “Dental Advisory Committee Seat” as soon as possible.
