June 1, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Join the CDA New Dentist Council (NDC) for an in-depth discussion for dentists wondering about the path to ownership. The experts will walk through the process of buying an existing practice or starting one from scratch to help you determine which one is the right choice. Gain critical insights about the differences between non-compete and non-disclosure agreements and how they impact your ability to own a practice. Learn how to get ready, what practices are selling for in our current market, whether any transition obstacles can be avoided, the legal steps and the different entity types, and what to expect in the process through closing. This workshop will empower you with the knowledge you need to execute a solid plan.
