Position Details:

Performance-Based Environment: We are seeking individuals who thrive in an upbeat and efficient environment, capable of leading a dental team. Our office operates on a performance-based model, rewarding dedication and excellence.
Compensation – Daily minimum $780 or greater of 30%-36% of collections minus laboratory fees.

State-of-the-Art Facility: Our brand new office is equipped with CBCT technology and Trios scanner. Ideal candidates should be willing to perform or learn endodontics, some surgical extractions and be interested in clear aligners.
If you are not experienced in these areas, we encourage a willingness to learn and invest in CE
Financials: Compensation is guaranteed base-pay $780/day or better of 30% of collections starting, with ability to achieve scaling 30-36% of collections minus laboratory fees (Typically 1-2%).
