September 14, 2010
Please join us the last week of September for an event to thank Rep. Joe Rice of Littleton for his exceptional support of the dental profession at the statehouse.
Rep. Rice has been one of dentistry’s best champions at the Capitol. He was a leader on dental issues last session, as the House sponsor of a bill to prevent insurers from dictating prices for services they don’t cover. Unfortunately, this bill hit a few roadblocks last session. As we gear up to revisit the issue in spring 2011, it’s critical that our best supporters be back with us in the Capitol next year. State Rep. Joe Rice faces a tough reelection battle this fall. He needs your support, and the support of the dental profession at this critical time.
The CDA is helping to host a convenient event for Rep. Rice tomorrow on September 28. It is a come-and-go event, set up to make it as easy as possible for you to stop by, meet Rep. Rice and get involved in helping with his reelection. We encourage you to make a small contribution to support his campaign during the event, but there are many other ways you can get involved if this is not possible.
Please join us in attending the event for Rep. Rice. Full event details are provided below. If you can’t join us for the event, please be sure to send a small contribution check to help say “thank you” to Rep. Rice for his great work on behalf of dentists and our patients.
