Dr. Ken Versman, ADA 1st Vice President

At the ADA Annual Session in October, Dr. Ken Versman, a CDA past president, became the American Dental Association’s first vice president.  For the past year, Dr. Versman served the ADA as its second vice president. In both roles, his charge is to assist the ADA president as requested, while serving as an ex officio member of the ADA House of Delegates and the ADA Board of Trustees.

Dr. Versman received his dental degree from the University of Illinois and his certificate and masters degree in periodontology from the University of Iowa.  He has a full-time private practice in Aurora, Colo.

He was president of the CDA in 2004/2005 and has served on the Colorado State Board of Dental Examiners.  He was on the original board of the Dentists Professional Liability Trust of Colorado.  At the ADA, he chaired the Joint Committee on International Accreditation, the Diversity Committee and the Future of ADA Business Enterprises Inc. Committee.
