Mark your calendar and save the date for the CDA’s “Dentists at the Capitol” State Lobby Day on Friday, Feb. 17, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Colorado State Capitol in Denver, Colo. Meet with your legislators to discuss issues that will impact dentistry. It’s important to develop a relationship with your legislator before the 2014 Dental Practice Act sunset review, a process that will impact your practice for the next 10 years.
The Dentists at the Capitol event provides a comfortable and supported environment to help you have maximum influence as you begin developing the relationship with your legislators. The CDA will provide lunch and message training, as well as an optional orientation to the legislative process and a Capitol tour.
