Radiographs are clear\, hygiene is immaculate\, and occlusion seems on\, yet they are still in pain. Sinus infections\, headaches\, TMD\, neurologic and inflammatory conditions can all mask or mimic dental pain. This lecture will explore the common causes and treatments of facial pain. In this day-long seminar\, Dr. Hatfield\, Program Director of Orofacial Pain at the University of Michigan\, will answer questions about when to prescribe\, what to fabricate\, and where to refer.
