DESCRIPTION:October 4\, Safely dispose of old computers and electronics\, and support the CDA Foundation! This is your opportunity to properly recycle all of those machines gathering dust and taking up storage space. In addition\, you can get a certificate of destruction for peace of mind. Proceeds from this event benefit the CDA Foundation and discount pricing is available for CDA members. \nThis event is also open to the community. You should also factory reset all cell phones and tablets.\n\nWhat items are NOT accepted? \n\nHousehold appliances (microwaves\, refrigerators\, freezers\, washers/dryers)\nSmoke detectors\nBatteries and battery packs\nLight bulbs\nFurniture or non-electronic items\n\nIs there a limit to how many items I can bring? \n\nNo limit to items\, fees are per item\n\nWho can attend? \n\nCDA members and the community\n\nDo I need to have an appointment? \n\nNo appointments are needed for this event and drop-ins are welcome. We do appreciate your registration in advance so we can best prepare for the number of trucks and personnel needed.\n\nWill someone help me unload my car? \n\nYes! We will have volunteers available onsite to help unload electronics.\n\nWhat type of payment is accepted? \n\nCash and credit card payments are accepted onsite.
