Each year\, COMOM holds a large-scale\, two-day dental clinic in a different Colorado community. This clinic is the cornerstone of COMOM’s work and reflects its mission to improve oral health and overall well-being for underserved populations.   \nCOMOM’s clinics are open to anyone in need. Since its inception in 2007\, COMOM has served more than 21\,000 patients and provided over $19\,000\,000 in donated dental services. \nHeld in a large venue\, such as a school or event center\, the clinic is transformed into a fully functional\, 125-chair dental facility. Over two days\, patients receive cleanings\, fillings\, root canals\, extractions\, dentures\, and ceramic crowns—all at no cost.\nThis tremendous effort is made possible by an outpouring of support from nearly 200 volunteer dentists\, along with dental hygienists\, assistants\, lab technicians\, healthcare professionals\, and hundreds of lay volunteers. COMOM also partners with community organizations and local agencies to expand its impact. \nCOMOM is a careful steward of financial and in-kind contributions and relies entirely on the generosity of donors and volunteers. In addition to providing relief from dental pain\, COMOM helps restore patients’oral health and appearance—improving self-esteem and expanding employment opportunities. \nCOMOM makes a lasting difference in the lives of Coloradans—one smile at a time.
