We are excited to announce the launch of our inaugural CO ASDA Philanthropy Blood Drive! Our goal with this event is to donate blood to Red Cross while raising funds for one of the CUSDM’s patient programs (i.e.\, Senior Smiles\, Generation’s Program\, Special Care (ectodermal dysplasia cases\, etc.)\, and Veterans’ Program!) with a friendly little competition between our student teams\, faculty\, and staff! Each of these programs supports our patients in need of dental care by providing life changing treatment at reduced costs and ensuring patients with financial challenges have equal access to care in our clinics. The “winning” team’s chosen program will receive all proceeds from the event. “Winning” would entail the most pints of blood donated by students/faculty—or by community members\, family\, friends\, etc. who choose the cause at the time of donation! The event will be put on at The Benson Hotel in Aurora with the Red Cross on Tuesday\, July 8th\, 2025\, from 8:oo am – 2:00 pm.
