May 25, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
During the first few years out of school, you are often so focused on case acceptance, treatment planning, and staying on time, that you don’t always have the time to learn how to run, own or operate a dental practice. The CDA New Dentist Committee (NDC) has selected a few successful practice owners and non-owners from around the state to sit on a panel at our next Crowns and Cocktails Event to help guide you in your career moving forward. This discussion-based event will provide an opportunity to learn from the panelists about what it takes to lead a highly productive practice and effective dental team. Ask questions of panelists relating to practice ownership or management that you can turn into practical and innovative strategies to increase productivity, enrich the work environment and create a positive patient experience.
