CDA Payment Plans - Colorado Dental Association

The CDA is happy to offer payment plans for membership dues. Take advantage of this program to help better manage your cash flow and reduce year-end expenses.

How it works:
This online program breaks your dues balance into 4 payments, charged to a credit card (CDA members who use their American Dental Association U.S. Bank credit cards to pay their dues receive double reward points). The payments are charged in July, August, September and October. (Dues amounts vary depending on membership type and component society.)

How is my payment amount for installments calculated?

What if I sign-up for installments but it is after the first monthly installment date of July 30, 2018?

If you sign up for installments after the first installment date of July 30, your credit card will be billed for any outstanding months up to that point. For example, if you pay your dues on July 31, 2018 and have selected the 4-month installment option, your credit card will be charged immediately for the July 2018 payment. If you pay your dues on August 5, then your credit card will be billed for the July and August 2018 payments at once. Then on September 3, your credit card will run normally for the one payment and again in October.

Enrollment/Cancellation Policy

Once you sign up for the program, you agree to pay all dues amounts owed. If, for any reason, your credit card is revoked, suspended or halted, or the credit card cannot be processed for any other reason, you remain responsible for paying the dues installment owed to the CDA on a timely basis.

No refunds will be provided for canceled memberships. By enrolling in a membership, you understand that a “membership year” spans a calendar year from January through December and not a 12-month period from the date of enrollment. This authorization shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law rule that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction to the rights and duties of the parties.
