Randy Hildreth joined the CDA as Director of Government Relations in late December. Randy comes to CDA with a long history of working on regulatory and legislative issues, having served as a staff member in the Colorado State House of Representatives in a variety of roles for the better part of a decade.

After leaving the House, Randy spent time working for a local economic development organization where he focused on a variety of public policy issues impacting the local business climate. From there he joined FTI Consulting where he worked on legislative and regulatory issues impacting the energy industry in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico and elsewhere.

Randy grew up in Virginia Beach, Va. and has lived in Colorado for more than 20 years after graduating from CU. In his free time, Randy enjoys playing bluegrass guitar, and is often found doing projects on his old British MGB sportscar when he isn’t spending time with his two kids, Jack and Hunter, and his Springer Spaniel, Buckley, doing just about anything outdoors.
