Dental Board Allows Web-Based Courses
In 2020, the Colorado Dental Board stated that CE requirements for licensure would be flexible due to COVID. The CDA requested clarification of this “flexibility.”
Phase 4 of Provider Relief Fund Deadline Oct. 26
HRSA opened Phase 4 of the Provider Relief Fund with a deadline of Oct. 26. Funds are set aside for providers who can document revenue loss/expenses between July 1, 2020, and March 31, 2021.

Meet Your New CDA President, Dr. Nate Kunzman
It seems like yesterday that I moved to Colorado from my residency in Philadelphia. In reality, it has been nearly a decade. I was born in Greeley, CO, but my mother moved back to her home state of Massachusetts when I was just 8 months old. From the age of 5 years old I spent every summer visiting my dad in Greeley. I have fond memories of those summers and I always knew that one day I would move back and make Colorado my permanent home.
The CDA tracked nearly 50 bills for the Colorado dental profession this year. The primary focus was on reducing costs, expanding access and addressing gaps in health equity.Read More
