Schedule
  • Please indicate the days you would like to volunteer and whether you will attend a volunteer dinner:
  • Thursday, September 30, 7 am – 5 pm: Clinic Set-Up

  • Volunteer dinner, Thurs. Sept. 30 at 5:15 pm at Expo Center

  • Friday, October 1, 6 am – 4 pm: Dental Clinic

  • Volunteer dinner, Fri. Oct. 1 at 5 pm at Expo Center

  • Saturday, October 2, 6 am – 4 pm: Dental Clinic

  • Volunteer reception and cash bar, Sat. Oct. 2 at 4:30 – 7:30 pm at Academy Hotel

  • Sunday, October 3, 8 am – 2 pm: Clinic Take-Down
